  • Řešení je zaměřeno na progresivní udržitelné technologie pro syntézy chemických specialit z oblasti kyanové chemie a jejich derivátů, zejména na závádění kyanoskupiny do molekuly zejm. katalytickými metodami nukleofilní substituce, nukleofilní adice a Streckerovy syntézy a následnou transformaci kyanskupiny na funkcionalizovanou karboxylovou skupinu; na adici kyanovodíku a chlorkyanu na C=C vazbu; na hydrogenace alifatických a aromatických nitrilů, halonitrilů a kyanhydrinů; na parciální redukce alifatických a aromatických dinitrilů a aminonitrilů; cyklizační reakce nitrilů, dinitrilů a aminonitrilů, a to ve spolupráci LZD, MU a VUOS.   • The solution of project is focused on new progressive sustainable technologies for syntheses of fine chemicals from cyanic chemistry, namely on implementation of cyanogroup into molecule using nucleofilic substitution, nucleofilic addition and Strecker synthesis, transformation of cyano group into functionalized carboxylic and similar groups- addition reaction of hydrogen cyanide and cyanogen chloride to C=C bond- hydrogenation of aliphatic and aromatic nitriles and halonitriles- partial reduction of dinitriles and aminonitriles- cyclization reaction of nitriles, dinitriles and aminonitriles.
