| Description
| - The analysis of the results of national monitoring network show that recently there has been a significant deterioration of air pollution loads in the Czech Republic’s territory caused by PM10 suspended particles. The basic aim of the project is to submit procedures which would stop this trend on the whole territory, to propose measures aimed at the reduction of the population exposure to suspended particles mainly in the areas with deteriorated air quality, and the measures aimed at preventing the deterioration of the situation in the areas which have not been affected yet. To achieve this it is necessary in the first place to reduce the emissions of primary particles and precursors of secondary particles in the sectors of the sources where such measures will be most cost-effective, further at the improvement of population informing and warning, incl. the prediction of the exposure to aerosol particles issued well in advance. The project’s main contribution will be the proposal of the measures aimed at the reduction of population exposure to suspended particles, as the most significant pollutants, ensuing from the carried out analyses and taking into account their efficiency and feasibility. - V posledních letech došlo k významnému zhoršení imisní zátěže území ČR suspendovanými částicemi frakce PM10. Základním cílem projektu je navrhnout postupy na zastavení tohoto trendu na celém území státu, navrhnout opatření ke snížení expozice obyvatel suspendovaným částicím zejména v oblastech se zhoršenou kvalitou ovzduší a opatření k zamezení zhoršování situace v oblastech takovou zátěží dosud nedotčených. Prostředkem k dosažení tohoto cíle je především snížení emisí primárních částic a prekurzorů sekundárních částic ve zdrojových sektorech, kde taková opatření přinesou největší efekt při zachování optimální výše vložených prostředků, a dále pak zlepšení informování a varování obyvatelstva včetně predikce expozice aerosolovým částicím s dostatečně dlouhým časovým horizontem. Hlavním přínosem řešení projektu budou návrhy opatření ke snížení expozice populace suspendovaným částicím jakožto nejzávažnějším polutantům, které se budou opírat o provedené analýzy a zohledňovat účinnost a proveditelnost opatření.
