The objective of the project will be recharge zones indentification of catchments, which contribute to the quality and quantity underground water resources formation. Recharge zones delimitation will be based on the presumption that their shallower, more permeable and drying soils are subjected to water stress development earlier than other catchment parts. Vegetative cover responds to water stress development by increased surface temperature due to decreasing of transpiration rate via stomata enclosure. The beginning of water stress will be determined by three methods: 1) by soil moisture decline under the point of decreased availability, 2) by depletion of readily available soil water from total available water for plants, 3) by soil water potential. Water stress formation development will constitute the presumption of the subsequent recharge zones identification by remote sensing (thermal and multispectral data). There will be designated water vegetation stress spatially (by means of crop water str (en)
Cílem projektu je stanovit infiltrační oblasti na zemědělsky obhospodařovaných půdách na základě detekce vodního vegetačního stresu a aktuální evapotranspirace. Cíl bude dosažen kombinací metod a dat z pozemních měření a dálkového průzkumu Země (cs)
