Description
  • Cílem předkládaného projektu je vyvinout a optimalizovat metodu podporované fytoextrakce těžkých kovů (Pb, Cd, Zn, Cu) k sanaci silně poškozených zemědělsky využívaných půd v okolí Příbrami při zachování jejich biologických funkcí a půdní úrodnosti. (cs)
  • The project application involves the method of enhanced heavy metal (Pb, Cd, Zn, Cu) phytoextraction for clean-up of the highly contaminated soils in the vicinity of the Příbram smelter with maximized phytoextraction efficiency by selected crops. The reasonable and sufficiently effective phytoextraction of heavy metals, especially of lead, requires enhancement of the availability for plants by addition of agents increasing the mobility of these elements in soil and their concentration in the soil solution (chelates, chlorides). Sufficiently safe mobilization ability of individual groups of agents will be determined to minimize environmental impact as well as the influence on other parameters such as biological and physicochemical soil characteristics including changes in mobility of potentially risk and essential elements. The ability of selected plant species to grow under altered conditions and to accumulate heavy metals in individual plant tissues will be studied. Finally, the complex phytoremediat (en)
