  • Dehydrinový gen Dhn5 v našich pokusech odlišil jarní od většiny ozimých odrůd, i v potomstvu po jejich křížení. Ověříme toleranci rostlin k mrazu, ke střídavým nízkým teplotám a k potřebné délce aklimace v souvislosti s prezencí/absencí a rozdílnou expresí jednotlivých 13 dehydrinových genů. Pokusíme se nalézt souvislost i s vitalitou obilek (klíčivostí za sucha a chladu, klíčivostí v hypertonickém roztoku a klíčivostí po urychleném stárnutí), i s tolerancí rostlin k suchu v polních podmínkách (při vyšší hustotě porostu) a v nádobových pokusech (v roztoku polyetylenglykolu s vodou).   • Dehydrin gene Dhn5 diferentiated in our research spring from the most winter varieties, also in progeny from their crossing. We shall study tolerance of plants to frost, to changing low temperatures and to the necessary acclimation in relation to presence/absence and to different expression of particular 13 dehydrin genes. We try to find relationship also with seed vigour (germination in drought and cold, germination in hypertonic solution, germination after accelerated ageing), and also with toleranceof plants to drought in field conditions (in more dense stand) and in pot experiment (in solution of polyethylenglycol with water).
