Description	U pacientek s mentální anorexií a mentální bulimií bude opakovaně v průběhu hospitalizace a během ambulantní léčby měřen práh bolesti ( algometrem ) a hodnoceno vnímání tělesného schématu ( sebeposuzovacím dotazníkem ). Změna prahu bolesti při expozici jídlu bude sloužit kvantitativním ukazatelem míry stresové odpovědi a ta bude posuzována v souvislosti se závažností a délkou onemocnění. Cílem je ověřit, zda percepce bolesti může sloužit objektivním kritériem pro změněnou percepci tělesného schématu a pro posouzení aktuálního stavu pacienta a jeho prognózy. (cs) Pain sensitivity and body perception disturbances in Eating Disorder will be repeatedly evaluated by pain tests and self-report questionnaires during in- and outpatient treatment. Changes in pain threshold during alimentary test will serve as a quantitative indicator of the stress response and will be correlated with the illness severity and duration. The hypothesis will be tested that the pain perception brings an important objective criterion for assessment of body image pathophysiology, actual illness severity and prognosis. (en)
