  • DNA diagnostika umožní charakterizaci typu mutace v genu probanda.Mutace budou u probandů určeny sekvenováním, případně metodou Southern blotting.Genotyp pacientů bude korelován s fenotypem a tento výsledek porovnán s publikovanými výsledky jiných auto Na základě znalosti mutace probanda budou vyšetřeni ostatní členové rodiny metodami PCR/RFLP nebo ARMS.Spolehlivě urční heterozygotek umožní cílené genetické poradenství.
