Description	1. Rozšířit a prohloubit poznatky o ekologii hlodavců rodů Apodemus a Microtus ve vybraných oblastech SR a ČR s důrazem na areál jejich výskytu a dominanci v komunitě drobných savců. 2. Porovnat strukturu společenstev ektoparazitu (klíšťata, roztoči, vši, blechy)a endoparazitu (kokcídie, babézie, trypanozómy) drobných savců ve dvou odlišných oblastech střední Evropy. 3. Zistit stupeň promoření populací r. Apodemus a Microtus původci vybraných zoonóz (chlamýdie, babézie). 4. Definovat míru genetické variability a genového toku vši Hoplopleura acanthopus mezi populacemi různých hostitelů a lokalit. Porovnat genetickou strukturu a hostitelskou specifitu populací vši Polyplax serrata v různých oblastech výskytu. 5. Analyzovat genealogii a populační strukturu vzorků Eimeria sp. (Apicomplexa) z myšic r. Apodemus a hrabošů r. Microtus. (cs) 1. Broaden the knowledge on ecology of rodents of the genera Apodemus and Microtus in selected regions of SK and CZ, considering dominance of the taxa in the ecosystem of small terrestrial rodents. 2. Compare the structure of the ectoparasite (ticks, mites, lice and fleas) and endoparasite communities (coccidia, babesia, trypanozomes)in selected regions. 3. Evaluate the abundance of zoonotic pahogens (Chlamydia and Babesia) in the populations of Microtus and Apodemus. 4. Define the level of genetic variability a gene flow in the louse Hoplopleura acanthopus between different host species and localities. Compare genetic structure and host specificity in populations of a louse Polyplax serrata in selected regions. 5. Reconstruct genealogy and genetic structure of Eimeria sp. samples (Apicomplexa) isolated from Apodemus and Microtus. (en)
