Description	Přístroj bude sloužit k detekci a analýze radiových vln, které jsou buzené elektrickými výboji v zemské atmosféře. Kromě radiové emise doprovázející běžné bleskové výboje v troposféře bude speciální pozornost věnována výbojům mezi troposférou a ionosférou, tzv. spritům a jetům, dále pak rentgenovským a gama zábleskům. Přístroj bude součástí komplexního měření na francouzské družici TARANIS (cs) The instrument will be used for the detection of radio waves generated by electric discharges in the Eart's atmosphere. Besides the emissions of usual lightning, a special attention will be devoted to discharges between the troposphere and ionosphere, so called sprites and jets and TGF. The instrument will be a part of scientific payload on the French satellite TARANIS. (en)
