Description	We will retrospectively analyze ictal SPECT data from Miami Children’s Hospital and Motol Epilepsy Center and correlate them with other diagnostics methods (EEG, magnetic resonance imaging, FDG-PET and 1H MR spectroscopy). SPECT data will be also compared with histopathological findings of the resected brain tissue and surgical outcomes. We will compare different methods of data postprocessing used on both institution. In following prospective studies we will verify the validity of obtained data. The goal of the project is to improve postoperative prognosis of patients operated because of refractory epilepsy.
