Description
| - Zjistit úlohu komplexů jaderného aktinu, myosinu a PML v genové expresi a tvorbě architektury jádra. Objasnit mechanismus dopravování integrálních bílkovin do plazmatické membrány. (cs)
- Establishing the roles of complexes of nuclear actin, myosin and PML in gene expression and formation of nuclear architecture. Characterization of protein complexes of tubulins and their roles in organization of mitotic apparatus, interactions with membranes and establishing cellular polarity. Determination of transport mechanism of integral proteins towards the cell membrane. To clarify how cytoskeletal interactions of eIF3 translation complex participate in localized translation and dynamics of stress granules. To determine the function of chromatin remodeller Isw2-Itc1 in the cell cycle and stress. Description of protein topology in biological membranes using specific markers. Technique development for characterization of protein complexes using electrospray on ionic cyclotron. To identify the endocytotic pathway used by polyomaviruses for transporting their genomes to the cell nucleus, and the cellular protective mechanisms leading the virus to degradation pathways. To describe cellular structures involved in virion morphogenesis. (en)
