  • *The program project is aimed at the development of new generation equipment for the preparation and homogenization of high-viscous food masses that will compared to the current state - qualitatively be at a higher level in terms of work safety, hygiene, productivity and quality of the resulting product. The new equipment will be furnished with the control of preparation process so that the result will be a mass of constant rheological and mechanical properties regardless of variable properties of the input base material.   • *Programový projekt je zaměřen na vývoj nové technologie pro přípravu a homogenizaci vysokoviskózních potravinářských hmot, která bude oproti současnému stavu na kvalitativně vyšší úrovni z hlediska bezpečnosti práce, hygieny, produktivity a kvality výsledného produktu. Nová technologie bude vybavena řízením procesu přípravy tak, aby výsledkem byla hmota konstantních reologických a mechanických vlastností bez ohledu na proměnlivé vlastnosti vstupní suroviny. (cs)
