Description
  • The goal of the project consists in the research and development of a scientific equipment - Bolide Sky Spectrograph (BOSS), which is able to acquire images of bolides (meteorite) spectres flying through the atmosphere in the night. This equipment will be able to cooperate with automatic bolide cameras, which have been developed and realised by SPACE DEVICES s.r.o. The project is supported by the Astronomical Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences and the Imperial College London - Royal School of Mines. The research and development activities will be realised by the employees of SPACE DEVICES s.r.o. in cooperation with a number of organisations. The final production of the equipment will be realised by SPACE DEVICES s.r.o. as well. (en)
  • Cílem projektu je pomocí výzkumu a následného vývoje vyvinout vědecký přístroj - bolidový spektrograf oblohy (Bolide Sky Spectrograph - BOSS), který umožní získávat z noční oblohy spektra jasných bolidů (meteoritů), prolétajících atmosférou. Tento spektrograf bude zařízením, které bude spolupracovat s automatickými bolidovými kamerami, které byly vyvinuty a realizovány ve firmě SPACE DEVICES spol. s r.o. Celý projekt má podporu Astronomického ústavu AV ČR a Royal School of Mines, College v Londýně. Jednotlivé výzkumné a vývojové aktivity budou prováděny samotnými pracovníky SPACE DEVICES spol. s r.o. ve spolupráci s kooperujícími subjekty. Konečná výroba zařízení bude realizována ve firmě SPACE DEVICES spol. s r.o. (cs)
