Description	Identification of differentially expressed genes during macrophage activation in the horse. Horse macrophages will be isolated and in vitro stimulated by LPS (R.equi, BCG). Differentially expressed genes will be identified using suppression subtractionhybridization (SSH) and cloned into an E.coli vector. Differential expression of isolated clones will be evaluated by Northern blot or Northern-Elisa. Positively selected clones will be sequenced. Eventually, polymorphisms of selected genes will be (en) Identifikace diferenciálně exprimovaných genů při aktivaci makrofága koně. Budou izolovány makrofágy koně a stimulovány in vitro LPS (R.equi, BCG). Pomocí metody supresní subtrakční hybridizace budou identifikovány geny exprimované při aktivaci. Ponaklonování do vektoru E.coli bude ověřena jejich rozdílná exprese u klidových a aktivovaných makrofágů metodou Northern blot nebo Northern-Elisa. Ověřené klony budou nasekvenovány. U vybraných genů bude studován jejich polymorfismus. (cs)
