  • The aim of the presented project is to describe adaptation processes and the ways how to cope with the radical change of theatre network between 1945 and 1956 at in the individual level.At first the external line of political iinfluences in the Czech theatre, afterwards the penetration of the party sructures into the inner organization of theatres and their influence on the present way of theatre working should be explained. The period conditioned changes of artistic opinions, the principle of  the formation of new political and artistic relations and connections and the possibilities of adaptation strategies in new political and social conditions will be explaned by the cases of J. Honzl, E. F. Burian and J. Frejka.The project will benefit from thorough research into sources deposited in Czech archives. The result of the project will be at first five partial papers (during the 1st and the 2nd years of the project), during the third year an original summarizing monography will be prepared. (en)
  • Cílem projektu je v připravované monografii a studiích revidovat dosavadní poznatky o situaci v českém divadle v letech 1945-56, objasnit vnější i vnitřní kulturně politický rámec provozu divadel a na příkladu J. Honzla, E. F. Buriana a J. Frejky objasnit jejich individuální adaptační strategii. (cs)
