| - Podat ucelenější přehled problematicky tzv. retribučních vězňů. tj. osob odsouzených k trestu odnětí svobody na základě ustanovení dekretů prezidenta republiky z 19.6.1945, č. 16 a 17 Sb., v letech 1945-1955 na pozadí dobového vývoje českého vězeňství, atím završit dosavadní výzkumy soudních a mimosoudních perzekucí v prvním poválečném desetiletí. Charakterizovat vývoj vězeňské správy a personálu, složení vězeňské populace i retribučních vězňů, způsobu věznění a zacházení s nimi včetně pracovní povinnosti, postihnout i změny trestní politiky určující podobu vězeňství po únoru 1948. Problematiku tzv. retribuce interpretovat v kontextu vývoje české společnosti. (cs)
- To give a more comprehensive survey of the retribution prisoners ed. persons condemned to imprisonment following the enactment of president of the republic No. 16 and 17. from the July 19th during the years 1945 - 1955 on the background of development of Czech imprisonment system and with this step to culminate the hitherto research of judicial and outlaw persecution during the first afterward decade. To characterise the development of the prison management and its personnel, the structure of prisonpopulation and of retribution prisoners, the ways of imprisonment and the treating of the convicted including the compulsory labour, to take the changes of the imprisonment politic, shaping the imprisonment after the February of 1948. The problematic of so called retribution to interpret in the context of Czech society development. (en)
