Description	"""Discontinuity in the development of Czech higher education system in the period of so called normalisation (1969 - 1989)"" The applicant of the project intents to solve the issue of how was the restoration of power monopoly of Communist Party of Czechoslovakia in the sphere of tertiary education realized in the years 1969-1989. The applicant observes significant discontinuity between the period of the second half of the 1960´s and the period of so called normalisation. Procedures and measures enforced towards the tertiary education since 1969 are considered by the applicant as significant discontinuing traits, which had been derogating the quality of the HEI and deepened the condition where Czech HEI had been adrift of the ""free"" world for a long period of time. The proposed project aims at complex analysis of legislative, administrative, institutional, organizational, political power related and ideological conditions of existence of Czech HEI in the period of so called normalisation" (en) """Diskontinuita ve vývoji českého vysokého školství v období tzv. normalizace (1969-1989)"" Navrhovatel projektu hodlá řešit otázku, jakým způsobem se realizovalo obnovení mocenského monopolu Komunistické strany Československa v oblasti terciárního českého školství v letech 1969-1989. Navrhovatel spatřuje výraznou diskontinuitu mez obdobím druhé poloviny šedesátých let a obdobím tzv. normalizace. Postupy a opatření uskutečňované vůči českému terciárnímu školství od roku 1969 pokládá navrhovatel za výrazně diskontinuitní prvky, které dlouhodobě desavuovaly kvalitativní úroveň vysokých škol a prohloubily jejich zaostávání za ""svobodným"" světem. Navrhovaný projekt si tak klade za cíl provést komplexní rozbor legislativních, správních, institucionálních, organizačních, jakož i mocenskopolitických a ideologických podmínek existence českých vysokých škol v období tzv. normalizace (1969-1989). Základním publikačním výstupem bude monografické zpracování tematiky výzkumu." (cs)
