  • Cílem grantového projektu je vytvoření rukopisu monografie, která by shrnovala výsledky interdisciplinárních analýz z Bojnic I a III a srovnala je s modelovou situací z jeskyně Kůlny a zároveň je začlenila do struktury neandertálského chování v Evropě. (cs)
  • The merit of the project is techno-typological analysis of artefacts from sites Bojnice I a III related to raw materials and a reconstruction of the environment in the Middle Palaeolithic. Results will be mainly confronted with pieces of knowledge from Kůlna cave. This cave may serve as the best comparison base due to the time scale (OIS 5e-3) as well as the character of input data - variability and quality of raw materials, geomorphological position, layers superposition etc. Both sites (Kůlna and Bojnice) are able to demonstrate the Neanderthal behaviour through the time. Based on the obtained results, we can codify the position of both sites in the European context. A general purpose of the grant project is to prepare a manuscript compiling results of interdisciplinary analyses. (en)
