Description	1) Propracovávání metodiky transdisciplinárního studia zahrnující obory fyziky, chemie a biologie společně s humanitními obory jako filosofie, sociologie. 2) Provádět výchovu k transdisciplinárnímu poznání v rámci naší konkrétní pedagogické práce. Studentům budou zadávána konkrétní temata ke zpracování což zajistí také kontrolovanou zpětnou vazbu efektivnosti naší práce. 3) Modelování nástrojů transdisciplinární práce. Rozpracovat a prakticky používat postup aplikování soustavy perspektiv zakončený holistickou synthesou výsledků. 4) Sledovat konkrétní převádění pojmů mezi obory a publikovat analysy tohoto jevu (např. termodynamické pojmy, kolektivní jevy kde spolupůsobením částic vzniká jiná kvalita, sociální struktury - sociální fakt jako výsledek sociálních činností). Na pracovištích navrhovatelů je v současné době k disposici poměrně bohatý materiál umožňující i detailní grafické formální zpracování. 5) Připravit konkrétní výstupy ve formě publikací a dvou knih. Thoughtful performance of the methods of trans-disciplinary understanding in order to include particular fields of physics, chemistry and biology within the teamwork of humanities, namely philosophy and sociology. 2. Make use of education leading to the trans-disciplinary training and appreciation in the framework of our concrete pedagogical work. The student will be given concrete themes to have a feedback control of the work effectivity. The diploma B.S. theses will be formulated for co-operating students. 3. Tools modelling for the trans-disciplinary work put under a practical use of procedures applied to the system of perspectives finalised by a holistic synthesis of results. 4. Following an actual transfer of notions in-between the fields withthe goal of the result publication, particularly analysing the overlapping phenomenaon in well known systems of thermodynamics and physics (a collective co-acting of particles that produces a rise of a new quality, social structure as a social fact (en)
