Description	Předmětem navrhovaného projektu je příprava a studium biologické aktivity 6-(fluoralkyl) - a 6-(fluoralkenyl)-derivátů purinových bází, nukleosidů, nukleotidů a jejich acyklických analogů. Klíčovým krokem k jejich syntéze budou cross-coupling reakce vhodně substituovaných a chráněných 6-halopurinových derivátů s fluoralkyl- a fluoralkenylorganokovovými činidly (deriváty Zn, Sn a Cu). U cílových látek bude studována především antivirová a antineoplastická aktivita. (cs) The subject of this grant application is the synthesis and biological activity studies of 6-(fluoroalkyl)- and 6-(fluoroalkenyl)- derivatives of purine bases, nucleosides, nucleotides and their acyclic analogues. A key step in their synthesis will consist in cross-coupling reactions of suitably substituted and/or protected 6-halopurine drivatives with fluoroalkyl- or fluoroalkenylorganometallic reagents (derivatives of Zn, Sn and Cu). Antiviral and antineoplastic activity of the target compounds will bestudied. (en)
