  • "The Anthology makes part of a comprehensive project conducted by the Czech Literature Institute of the Academy of Science of the Czech Republic, ""Czech Literature History 1945-1989"". The target is to give its reader a better access to some distinguished texts, mostly published in periodical only, documenting the development in thinking of literature and its functions referred to by the authors in the Czech Literature History. The third volume brings insights into most important literary discussions conducted in the years 1958-1969, returns of so far banned themes and authors, discussions about literary critique functions. On the other hand, the third volume also refers to petty themes of the period literary life. In the Anthology you will find extended editorial notes and two major essays." (en)
  • "Antologie je součástí komplexního projektu ÚČL AV ČR ""Dějiny české literatury 1945-1989"" a má uživateli umožnit snažší přístup k některým významným, původně většinou jen časopisecky publikovaným textům, které dokumentují vývoj myšlení o literatuře a jejích funkcích a na něž se v příslušných kapitolách autoři Dějin odvolávají. Třetí svazek přináší průhledy do nejvýznamějších literárních diskusí z let 1958-1969 (ohlas Škvoreckého Zbabělců, vlna zájmu o F. Kafku, proměny poetiky v 60. letech, návraty dosud zapovězených témat i autorů, diskuse o funkcích literární kritiky), ale připomíná i drobnější témata dobového literárního života. Součástí antologie budou rozsáhlé ediční poznámky a dvě odborné studie." (cs)
