| Description
| - V psychologii osobnosti, klinické psychologii, psychologii zdraví a behaviorální medicíně jsou významným tematickým celkem koncepce psychické odolnosti. Z teorie i empirie je zřejmé, že úroveň psychické odolnosti ovlivňuje významně nejen úroveň a kvalitu osobní pohody (well-being), zvládání zátěže a stresu, ale i způsoby a strategie lidského chování a jednání a jejich prostřednictvím i zdravotní stav. V průběhu druhé poloviny 20. století byla vytvořena na základě různých teoretických východisek řada těchto koncepcí. Vzhledem ke značnému rozsahu dosud získaných poznatků zde nyní chybí přehledné utřídění, sjednocení a zobecnění nejvýznamnějších koncepcí. Cílem tohoto projektu je tento nedostatek napravit a na základe výsledku vlastních výzkumů v této oblasti a na základě zhodnocení výzkumů publikovaných v dostupném písemnictví tyto koncepce utřídit, identifikovat společné i rozdílné prvky a porovnat v empirickém šetření u vzorku populace ČR (N=200) české verze relevantních metod. - Conceptions of mental resilience are an important field within the psychology of personality, clinical psychology, health psychology and behavioural medicine. From theory and empirical facts is obvious that the level of mental resilience influences importantly not only the level and quality of well-being, but also the ways and strategies of human behaviour, and, by means of it, also the health state. During the 2nd half of the 20th century, a lot of these conceptions were developed. There is the lack of well-arranged classification, unification, and generalization of most important conceptions with respect to the large range of current knowledge. The aim of the project is to undo this problem and, based on results of our own research in this area as well as on evaluation of other results published in relevant literature, to classify these conceptions, to identify common and different issues and to compare Czech versions of relevant methods in a sample of Czech population (N=200).
