| Description
| - The single crystals of AWO/4(A=Ca,Ba,Pb), NaBi(WO/4)/2 will be grown by the Czochralski method, pure and doped by selected ions. Namely time-resolved emission spectroscopy, transmission and EPR spectroscopics in a broad temperature range will be employed to measure related physical characteristics of the crystals grown with the aim to describe and explain the mechanisms of luminescence, scintillation and radiation damage and the role of cations and WO/4/2- complex oxyanion in them. The influenceof the point defects and doped ions will be systematically investigated in the characteristics measured. Relation between the characteristics found and the growth conditions, and other external influences, (namely gama-ray irradiation) will be examined as well. (en)
- Budou pěstovány monokrystaly AWO/4(A=Ca,Ba,Pb), NaaBi(WO/4)/2 metodou Czochralského s eventuální příměsí dalších iontů. Metodami časově rozlišené emisní spektroskopie, transmisní a EPR spektroskopie budou v širokém rozsahu teplot měřeny příslušné fyzikální charakteristiky vypěstovaných monokrystalů s cílem detailně popsat a vysvětlit mechanismy luminiscence, scintilace a radiačního poškození a roli kationtů a komplexního oxyaniontu WO/4/2- v nich. Systematicky bude sledován vliv bodových defektů a příměsných iontů na měřené charakteristiky a celková vazba na podmínky růstu a další vnější faktory, především změny vyvolané ozářením gama-paprsky.
