Cílem projektu je objasnění podílu jednotlivých skupin mikroorganismů - zejména hub - na transformaci rostlinného materiálu ve svrchních vrstvách lesních půd. (cs)
Organic material of plant origin represents the major input of organic nutrients into forest soils. The aim of this project is to quantify the contribution of different microbial groups to the transformation of plant-derived dead biomass in the upper layers of forest soils. The main targer of the project is the community of soil fungi and the enzymatic processes, participating in organic mass turnover in soil. Hardwood forest soils and soils of postmaining revegetated sites or sites undergoing primary succession will be the objects of study. (en)
