| - Cílem doktorského projektu je rozšířit spolupráci doktorandů dvou studijních oborů na dvou univerzitách, rozšířit záběr jejich studia nad rámec dílčích oborů a rozvinout a zkvalitnit vědeckou komunikaci mezi studenty jejich aktivní účastí na společných seminářích a workshopech včetně zahraničních. - "The doctoral (PhD) project is oriented towards to support of common scientific activities in two PhD programs at BUT in Brno (study branch ""Electronics and Communication"") and CTU in Prague (study branch ""Radio Electronics""). Aim of the project is to increase the co-operation between PhD students of mentioned universities, to enlarge the contents of both study branches over their own horizon, eventually to support solutions of common interdisciplinary scientific problems. The base of student's individual PhD dissertations are scientific problems of advanced wireless communications focused to their methods, subsystems, components, and structures. The project is oriented towards to R&D of HF, microwave, and optical parts of the communication string, their functional blocks and circuit components. Also the research of communication signals, their transmission, modulations and processing are included. Members of the PhD research team will take active parts at the organizing and scientific programs of some seminaries and workshops arranged alternatively in Brno and Prague, at the scientific competitions EEICT in Brno and POSTER in Prague, at the conferences RADIOELEKTRONIKA and COMITE, eventually at other common presentations inclusive of foreign ones."
