  • Zajímáme se o oblast tacitních znalostí. V našem výzkumu hledáme odpověď na následující otázku: Jak usnadnit manažerům získání a rozvoj tacitních znalostí v procesu manažerského rozvoje? Jednou z metod, které jsme použili v našem výzkumu, byly rozhovory s manažery, které byly založeny na použití myšlenkových map. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 15 manažerů z 15 organizací. Manažer dostal 30 kartiček s klíčovými pojmy. Jeho úkolem bylo projít si kartičky a vyřadit ty, kde spojení s procesem manažerského zrání bylo podle něj pouze okrajové či žádné. Zbylé kartičky musel uspořádat a vytvořit z nich myšlenkovou mapu vyjadřující proces zrání manažera. Poté tuto mapu komentoval ? zdůvodňovat, proč ji sestavil právě daným způsobem. Vysvětloval také, jak rozumí pojmům a jejich vlivu na proces manažerského zrání. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že pokud jedinec chce být úspěšným manažerem, musí mít tacitní znalosti z různých oblastí.   • We are interested in the Tacit Knowledge area. In our research we are searching for the answers to the following question: How to facilitate managers´ Tacit Knowledge acquisition and development in the process of managers´ development? One from methods we used in our research was interviews with managers that were based on the exploitation of mental maps. 15 managers from 15 organisations took part in this part of our research. 30 cards with key terms were given to the manager. The task of the manager was to get through cards and discard those, where the connection with the process of managerial maturation is according to him/her only marginal or zero. Then he or she had to order the rest of cards and create a mind map expressing the process of Managerial Maturation.
