Description
  • The paper deals with the phenomena that happen when the newly developed P/M ledeburitic steels with various chemical composition are plasma nitrided. Effect of various chemical composition on the structure, phase constitution and mechanical properties of nitrided layers is demonstrated and summarised as upon an example of the widely used materials so on the steels that are under development. As the second part of the paper, the consequence of the plasma nitriding on the subsequent PVD-layering (adhesion, wear resistance) is presented, and also some industrial experiences with the application of the plasma nitriding are demonstrated

  • Článek se zabývá jevy, které nastávají, když jsou nově vyvíjené ledeburitické oceli o různém chemickém složení plasmově nitridovány. Vliv různého chemického složení na strukturu, fázové složení a mechanické vlastnosti je demonstrován na příkladě velmi často používaných materiálů a stejně tak i na příkladě ocelí, které jsou nově vyvíjeny. Ve druhé části článku jsou prezentovány důsledky PVD - povlakování a rovněž výsledky z průmyslového zkoušení s aplikací plasmové nitridace. (cs)
