| - Vrstvy byly deponovány technologií PVD na povrch forem vyrobených z méně ušlechtilých materiálů jejichž nepokrytý povrch by nezaručil dostatečný provozní čas. Odolnost proti opotřebení byla studována na experimentálním zařízení simulujícím běžné provozní podmínky. Zařízení Calotest bylo použito pro analýzu tloušťky vrstvy a dále byla určena nanotvrdost typu Berkovich. (cs)
- This research treats about the possibilities of utilizing hard and wear resistant layers, wich are deposited by PVD technology, on the surface of the moulds that are produced using less noble materials and their surface features could not guarantee their long-lasting operating life. The wear resistance of the layers is tested with an experimental device designed in laboratories of the surface technologies in TU of Liberec. This device simulates the attrition of the mould during normal operation.The intensity of the caused attrition is determined by a contact profilometer. Calotest is used for analysing of the coating thickness and nanohardness is analysed with Berkovich method.
