  • Práce se zabývá způsobem stanovení změn pH roztoků s jemným prostorovým rozlišením prostřednictvím zúžených optických vláken a fluorescence. Tento přístup může být využit pro stanovení toku auxinů skrz buněčnou membránu. Byly otestovány absorpční a fluorescenční vlastnosti vybraných pH barviv. Pro zpracování hodnot fluorescence naměřených v roztocích bylo využito posunu maxima fluorescence ve spektru. In vitro byla předvedena použitelnost připravených zúžených optických vláken pro měření pH v rozsahu od 6 do 7. (cs)
  • The paper shows an approach to the determination of pH changes of solutions with a fine spatial resolution by means of fiber-optic tapers and fluorescence detection. This approach can be adopted for the determination of auxin flow through celluar membranes. Spectral absorption and fluorescence of selected pH transducers were tested. The approach, based on the determination of a shift of the maxima of their fluorescence peaks, was employed for processing the measured fluorescence data in bulk solutions.
