  • Hrozny z odrůd Neuburské (Neu), Veltlínské zelené (GV), Ryzlink vlašský (Wel), a Pálava (Pal) - (Tramín červený x Müller Thurgau) byly lisovány dvěma různými systémy (hydraulickým a pneumatickým). V určitých časech byly z lisování odebrány vzorky a po použití různých dávek moštové želatiny, byly vzorky analyzovaný na obsah polyfenolů a na celkovou antioxidační kapacitu (TAC). (cs)
