  • Vysoce porézní krystalické filmy TiO2 o značné tloušťce byly připraveny při teplotě pouze 80 oC anodickou elektrodepozicí využívající bromtymolovou modř jako činidlo řídící strukturu. Roentgenová difrakce prokázala téměř výlučnou přítomnost rutilu ve filmech. Detailní texturní analýza založená na sorpčních vlastnostech N2 a Kr ukazuje, že filmy bezprostředně po depozici jsou mikro-mesoporézní. Jejich kalcinace na vzduchu při 450 oC vede k drastickým strukturním změnám, totiž k odstranění téměř všech mikropórů a vytvoření velkého množství mesopórů, což je způsobeno růstem nanokrystalů TiO2. Na základě srovnání texturních dat ziskaných pomocí N2 a Kr bylo dosaženo hlubšího porozumění jejich použitelnosti a srovnatelnosti. I když byly zjištěny určité odchylky, obě media poskytují v podstatě tytéž informace o textuře porézních tuhých látek. (cs)
  • Thick highly porous crystalline films of TiO2 were prepared at temperature as low as 80oC by anodic electrodeposition using bromothymol blue as a structure-directing agent. X-ray diffraction shows the almost exclusive presence of rutile in the films. Detailed texture analysis based on N2 and Kr sorption properties of the films indicates that the as-deposited films are micro-mesoporous. Their calcination in air at 450oC leads to drastic texture changes, namely the removal of almost all the micropores and the creation of a large amount of mesopores, which is clearly due to the growth of TiO2 nanocrystals. Based on the comparison of the texture data obtained using N2 and Kr as adsorptives, a deeper insight into their applicability and comparability has been achieved. Even if there are some discrepancies, especially if larger mesopores are present, both adsorptives provide basically the same information on the texture of porous solids.
