Description	Military engineers earmarked for the service on the NATO multinational staffs has to be trained in accordance with the codified requirements and non codified requirements as well. To understand the present status we have to assess it from the technical, procedural and lingual points of view. The technical one put emphasise on the recommendations, procedural one put emphasise on the application of the standing admin directives and lingual one on the dealing with the terms, acronyms, slang or abbreviations. The incapability in any of the three points brings a deep handicap of the incoming officer who is adequately labelled just at the start of his/her career on the international environment. The aim of this article is to present the concept of the military engineers training and to point out its week points, where this concept is susceptible to accept exemption that hampers to train our officers properly.
