  • Using microsatellite markers, the homoeologous genes for brittle rachis were mapped in T. aestivum, T. turgidum L. and Ae. tauschii. Br2 was linked with the cetromeric marker, Xgwm32 (13.3 cM) on chromosome 3AS. Br3 on chromosome 3BS linked with the centromeric marker Xgwm72 (14.2 cM). Br1 on chromosome 3DS. The distance from the centromeric marker Xgdm72 was 23.6 cM. The loci Br1, Br2 and Br3 determine disarticulation of rachides above the junction of the rachilla. The rachides of Ae. tauschii are brittle at every joint, so that the mature spike disarticulates into barrel shaped. The brittle rachis was determined by a dominant gene, Brt, which was linked to the centromeric marker, Xgdm72 (19.7 cM) on chromosome 3DS. A D genome introgression line, R-61, was derived from the cross Bet Hashita/Ae. tauschii, whose rachis disarticulated as a wedge type. The gene for brittle rachis of R-61(tentatively named as Br61) was on chromosome 3DS linked with the centromeric marker, Xgdm72 (27.5 cM).

  • Pomocí mikrosatelitních markerů byly mapovány geny pro rozpadavost klasu u T. aestivum, T. turgidum L. a Ae. tauschii. Gen Br2 byl ve vazbě s centromerickým markerem Xgwm32 (13,3 cM) na chromosomu 3AS. Br3 na chromosomu 3BS byl ve vazbě s centromerickým markerem Xgwm72 (14,2 cM). Br1 na chromosomu 3DS. Jeho vzdálenost od centromerického markeru Xgdm72 byla 23,6 cM. Lokusy Br1, Br2 a Br3 podmiňují rozdíly ve způsobu odlamování diaspor. Rozpadavé články klasového vřetena Ae. tauschii jsou vždy napojeny na klásky, zralý klas se rozpadá do válcových útvarů. Tento typ rozpadu je podmíněn dominantním genem Brt, který je ve vazbě s centromerickým markerem Xgdm72 (19,7 cM) na chromosomu 3DS. Introgrese D genomu u linie R-61, vytvořené z křížení Bet Hashita/Ae. tauschii se vyznačuje klínovitým typem rozpadu klasového vřetena. Gen označený jako Br61 pro tento odlišný typ rozpadavosti vřetena byl u R-61 nalezen na distální části chromosomu 3DS ve vazbě s centromerickým markerem Xgdm72 (27,5 cM). (cs)
