  • Byly připraveny nové nízkomolekulární fluorescenční sloučeniny excitovatelné při 490 nm s vhodnými acidobazickými a elektroforetickými vlastnostmi. Jejich fokusace byla provedena technikou kapilární IEF s fluorimetrickou detekcí. Experimantální uspořádání IEF a vlastnosti nových IEF pI standardů je uvedeno. New low molecular fluorescent compounds excitable around 490 nm with suitable acidobasic and electrophoretic properties were prepared and focused in capillary IEF with photometric or fluorimetric detection. The experimental setup of IEF and properties of new LIF pI markers are given. (cs)
