  • V rámci studie byly připraveny specifické primery AR1 a AR2, které slouží k amplifikaci specifické části oblasti ITS v rDNA václavek. Různé druhy václavek byly rozlišovány pomocí RFLP amplifikovaného fragmentu. Námi vyvinutá metoda umožňuje v průběhu jednoho dne určit druh václavky z půdního vzorku pomocí nested PCR a to bez zdlouhavé kultivace. (cs)

For the first time, a method is described enabling the identification of Armillaria species within one day directly from soil samples without the need for previous isolation and cultivation of mycelium
