Description	Epidemiological markers of H. influenzae strains isolated in the nation-wide surveillance will be analysed by methods of molecular microbiology (pulsed field electrophoresis and multilocus enzyme electrophoresis.) In these strain will be analysed a susceptibility to the selected antibiotics and resistance trends will be defined. The results of both parts for the project will contribute to improvement of prevention and prophylaxis of haemophilus disease. (en) V projektu budou studovány epidemiologické markery kmenů H. influenzae získaných v programu celostátní surveillance metodami molekulární mikrobiologie (elekroforéza v pulzním poli, multilokusová enzymová elektroforéza). U těchto kmenů bude rovněž studována citlivost k vybraným antibiotikům a budou stanoveny trendy rezistence. Výsledky získané řešením obou částí projektu přispějí k zlepšení prevence a profylaxe hemofilových onemocnění. (cs)
