Description
| - We have developed and validated an oligonucleotide microarray (h-MitoArray) allowing expression analysis of 1632 human genes playing role in mitochondria biology, cell cycle regulation, signal transduction and apoptosis. Using the h-MitoArray we analyzed gene expression profiles in 9 control and 13 fibroblast cell lines from patients with F1Fo ATP synthase deficiency.

- Vyvinuli jsme a otestovali oligonukleotidový čip (h-MitoArray), umožňující stanovení exprese 1632 lidských genů hrajících roli v biologii mitochodrie, buněčného cyklu signální transdukce a apoptózy. Čip jsme otestovali na souboru fibroblastových liní odvozených od 9 kontrol a 13 pacientů s deficitem F1F0 ATP syntázy. (cs)
