Description
  • Síťky s bukovým a dubovým opadem byly během tříletého experimentu exponovány v bukovém a smrkovém lese v CHKO Blanský les v jižních Čechách. Jsou prezentovány výsledky z prvního roku experimentu. Celkem bylo v půdních vzorcích a experimentálních síťkách zjištěno 1619 jedinců gamazidních roztočů patřících k 35 druhům. Veigaiaidae, Parasitidae a Uropodidae byly nejpočetnějšími čeleděmi. 18 druhů bylo zjištěno v bukovém lese, z nichž 67% bylo zjištěno v experimentálních síťkách s dubovým a 61% s bukovým opadem. 12 a 5 druhů zjištěných v těchto síťkách se nevyskytovalo v půdních vzorcích. Z 19 druhů zjištěných v půdě smrkového lesa bylo 84% zjištěno v síťkách s dubovým a 67% s bukovým opadem. 8 a 5 druhů z těchto sítěk se nevyskytovalo v půdních vzorcích. Veigaia nemorensis, Lysigamasus armatus byly nejpočetnější a nejčastější v experimentálních síťkách v bukovém lese, Veigaia nemorensis, Leptogamasus lobatus v experimentálních síťkách ve smrkovém lese. • A three-year litterbag experiment was established at the Kleť Mt. (Blanský les) in November 2002. Results from the first year of the experiment are presented here. In total 1619 individuals of 35 species of Parasitiformes mites were recorded in the litterbags and soil samples. Veigaiaidae, Parasitidae and Uropodidae were the most abundant mite families. Eighteen species were recorded from beech forest, 67 and 61% of them were established in oak and beech litterbags, respectively. 12 and 5 species recorded in these litterbags did not occur in the soil samples. 19 species were recorded from the spruce forest, 84 and 67% of them were established in oak and beech litterbags, respectively. Eight and five species from these litterbags did not occur in the soil samples.
