| - Průměrný objem SPZs (vytřeného spermatu) byl 1.2?0.8 ml. Koncentrace spermií byla signifikantně (P<0.05) vyšší u testikulárního spermatu (SPZt) (33.7?5.3x109 ml-1) v porovnání s koncentrací spermií u SPZs (22.6?3.5x109 ml-1). Koncentrace Na+ (122.6?8.9 mM), Cl- (126.7?6.6 mM) a K+ (34.5?5.2 mM) v seminální plasmě SPZt byly signifikantně (P<0.05) vyšší v porovnání s koncentracemi iontů v seminální plasmě SPZs: Na+ (115.5?8.9 mM), Cl- (116.2?6.6 mM) a K+ (24.8?3.9 mM). Testikulární a vytřené sperma obsahovalo signifikantně vyšší (P<0.05) koncentrace iontů v porovnání z močí (41.5?27.9 mM), Cl- (34.8?21.5mM) a K+ (6.1?3.6 mM). Na straně druhé nepřeukazné rozdíly (P>0.05) byly zaznamenány v případe koncentrace Ca 2+. Průměrná osmolalita moči byla signifikantně vyšší ve srovnání z osmolalitou seminální plazmy SPZs a SPZt 67.9?35.5, 272.6?21.4 a 358.1?76.5 mOsmol kg-1. Procento pohyblivých spermií a rychlost pohybu spermií u obou případů SPZt/SPZs byla signifikantně (P<0.05) vyšší po aktivaci (cs)

The average osmolality of urine were significantly higher (P<0.05) than osmolality of seminal fluid of SPZs and SPZt: 67.9?35.5, 272.6?21.4 and 358.1?76.5 mOsmol kg-1, respectively. Finally, both SPZt and SPZs showed significantly higher sperm velocity and percentage of motility after dilution in urine than in distilled water along the activation period (P<0.05).
