Description	Studie byla provedena na ledvinách zdravého jatečného skotu (13 býků, 10 jalovic, 10 krav). Vzorky byly zpracovány běžnou parafinovou metodou a řezy barveny hematoxlinem-eozinem. V indikovaných případech byl proveden imunohistochemický průkaz chromograninu A a S 100 proteinu. V nadledvinách bylo patrné nerovnoměrně zesílené vazivové pouzdro, nodulární uspořádání zona glomerulosa. V buňkách zona glomerulosa se vyskytovala eozinofilní cytoplazmatická granula. Do stěny krevních cév ve dřeni nadledviny prorůstaly buňky kůry nebo dřeně. (cs) Adrenal glands from healthy slaughtered cattle, 13 bulls, 10 heifers and 10 cows, were examined by means of histology and immunohistochemistry.. The samples were fixed in 10% bufferd formalin, processed by common parafin technique and sections were stained with haematoxylin and eosine. Presence of S100 protein, chromogranin A and synaptophysin was studied in duplicate sections by means of immunoperoxidase method. The following findings were recorded: Unequal thickness of connective capsule and nodular formations of zona glomerulosa, eosinophilic granules in the cells of zona glomerulosa. Growth of cortical or medullary cells into the wall of blood vessels in the medulla.
