Description
Předvedená analýza je vztažena k požadavkům specifikovaným v U.S. předpisu %22Standards for Development and Use of Processor-Based Signal and Train Control Systems%22 a evropské normě CENELEC EN 50129 (Safety Related Electronic Systems for Railway Signaling). (cs)
  • The presentation analyzes performance and safety requirements for Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) to support train control. It shows how the GNSS Signal-in-Space (SIS) safety requirements were derived. The requirements analysis addresses the required accuracy, integrity, and continuity of GNSS service. Safety integrity is described by means of the protection level (PL), alert limit (AL), and probability of missed detection (Pffmd, Pmd). Three basic classes of railway safety operations are identified for which GNSS SIS integrity and continuity requirements are specified. The duration of operation, which is significant for specific railway safety operations, is also considered. The analysis presented is related to the requirements specified in the U.S. regulation %22Standards for Development and Use of Processor- Based Signal and Train Control Systems%22 and the European CENELEC standard EN 50129 (Safety Related Electronic Systems for Railway Signaling).
