  • Příprava nanokompozitů na bázi polyolefín/jíl není jednoduchá z důvodu rozdílné polarity polyolefínu a jílového minerálu. Nanokompozit na bázi polyolefín/jíl je tvořený z polymerní matrice a nanoplniva. Jako polymerní matrice byl použitý polypropylen (PP) a použitým nanoplnivem byl Dellite typu D 72T a 67G. Nanoplnivo Dellite je vhodný pro polyolefínické matrice. Koncentrace požitého nanoplniva byla 2, 4, 6 a 10 hm. % pro oba typy. Maleinizovaný propylen (PP-Ma) sloužil pro zlepšení kompatibility mezi polypropylenem a nanoplnivem Dellite. Koncentrace maleinizovaného polypropylenu byla 5 hm. %. Vzorky nanokompozitů byly připravovány při rozdílných podmínkách míchání - doba míchání byla 10, 20, 30 a 40 min. při 40, 60 a 80 ot. /min. Teplota míchání byla 220°C. Při vyhodnocování mechanických vlastností připravených nanokompozitů byla pozorována změna mechanických vlastností v závislosti na podmínkách přípravy. Změny mechanických vlastností byly měřeny pro tahový modul, napětí na mezi kluzu a pevnost v ta (cs)
  • The preparation of polyolefin/clay nanocomposites is very difficult because the polyolefin has a different polarity than clay mineral. The polyolefin/clay nanocomposite is comprised of a polymer matrix and a nanofiller. The polymer matrix was used polypropylene (PP) and used nanofiller were Dellite, type D 72T and 67G. The nanofiller Dellite is said to be suitable for polyolefin matrix. An used concentration of nanofiller was 2, 4, 6 and 10 wt %. The samples of nanocomposites were prepared at different condition of preparation - time of compounding was 10, 20, 30 and 40 min, rotation speed was 40, 60 and 80 rpm.
