  • Z 30 % roztoku (w/w) hydrolysátu se připravily filmy. Sledoval se vliv přídavku změkčovadla - glycerinu na rozpustnost filmů. Vyzkoušely se tyto přídavky změkčovadla: 0, 4, 10 a 20 %. Rozpustnost filmů byla sledována při teplotách 25 a 37 oC tak, že se vzorek filmu o rozměrech 2x2 cm zalil ve skelněné vážence cca 30 ml vody. Po ukončení testu rozpustnosti byla nerozpuštěná část vzorku filmu separována filtrací, vysušena a zvážena. (cs)
  • Films prepared from hydrolysate of chrome shavings were tested how its solubility changed with varying amount of plasticizer (glycerine). Preparation of films consisted in dissolution of powdery hydrolysate (30 g) in water (100 ml) at 60 oC and constant addition of cross-linking agent - starch dialdehyde (10 %, based on weight of hydrolysate). Glycerine (GLY) was added in the amount of 0, 4, 10 and 20 % (based on dry weight of hydrolysate). Film was formed by hot casting of solution onto a silicone plate and evaporating of water at 40 oC for 72 hours. 2x2 cm samples of films were cut from the plate of film and conditioned at 25 oC in a desiccator's over dried silica gel. Tests of solubility were conducted at temperatures 25 and 37 oC by immersing of film samples into water in a glass bottle. After the test the % of insoluble part was dried at 103 oC for 24 hours and weight. Graphical readings showing the dependence of % of dissolved films onto time are presented.
