Description
  • The aim of this paper is to present simulation of model predictive control of chemical exothermic semi-batch reactor model, while the MPC controller uses an artificial neural network as a predictor. A first order chemical reaction is considered to be running in the reactor. The reaction is strongly exothermic so the in-reactor temperature is rising very fast due to reaction component dosing. Thus, the temperature control is necessary. The system is nonlinear because of chemical reaction kinetics, so its control is difficult by classical methods.

  • Cílem tohoto článku je presentovat simulaci modelového prediktivního řízení modelu chemického exotermického polovsádkového reaktoru, přičemž je použit MPC regulátor s umělou neuronovou sítí jako prediktorem. V reaktoru je uvažována chemická reakce prvního řádu. Reakce je silně exotermní, takže teplota reakční směsi vzrůstá velmi strmě s dávkováním reaktantu. Tudíž je nezbytné regulovat teplotu. Je složité řídit daný systém klasickými metodami řízení, protože se jedná o nelineární systém díky chemické reakční kinetice. (cs)
