  • Pomocí počítačového modelování (restraint-based comparative modeling) byl vyvinut model H4-H5-smyčky α2-isoformy Na+/K+-ATPázy z myšího mozku. Vodíková vazba mezi atomem kyslíku Asp369 a atomem dusíku a Lys690 je klíčovým faktoren nezbytným pro strukturu fosforylačního místa v E1 konformaci. (cs)

A hydrogen bond between the oxygen atom of Asp369 and the nitrogen atom of Lys690 plays a key role in maintaining the proper structure of the physphorylaton site in E1 conformation.
