Description
| - The presented article considers these topics as follows: Increasingly in recent decades non-destructive methods of analysis materials are used for the study of different kind of materials. X-ray industry computed tomography (CT). Especially is preferred the use of 2D and 3D high-resolution X-ray CT or micro-CT with the micro-focal sources of X-rays and the suitable linear or flat (2D) X-Ray detectors. By μCT is achieved resolution of individual building units in the tomographic cross-sections (so called voxels) at the level of unit or first tens of micrometers. Study of mechanical states of geomaterials and their deformations during testing and ways of their failure, Research of structure and composition of materials or geocomposite generally heterogeneous geomaterials, Study of hydraulic properties, flow and diffusion of liquids in geomaterials, Geo-environmental applications, Changes in materials during physical experiments related to geotechnics - engineer applications, Rock and soil porosity and inclusion study.
