Description
| - The data illustrate that presented method allows the parallel quantification of 12 phytohormones in one extract that is applicable to various plant materials (species, organs) generated under different conditions, and has potential to reveal biological effects such as impact of infections. Thus, the presented method enables direct correlations within the determined phytohormone spectrum as physiological key interface to modulate plant responses and relation to the examined process, which makes it a valuable tool for efficient physiological phenotyping.
