  • Bylo prokázáno, že stříbrné ionty jsou vysoce toxické pro vodní faunu a flóru. V předkládané práci jsme pro stanovení stříbrných iontů využili průtokové injekční analýzy spojené s elektrochemickým detektorem (FIA-ED). Detekční limit pro stříbrné ionty byl 20 nmol/dm3 . Analyzovali jsme vody o různé čistotě vč. fotografické emulze, která přirozeně obsahuje stříbrné ionty. Zjistili jsem, že obsah stříbrných iontů ve vzorku fotografické emulze byla 1.57 +/- 0.03 mmol/dm3 . Dále jsme studovali vliv stříbrných iontů na různé organismy jako např. na raná somatická embrya smrku pichlavého nebo na tabákové buňky BY-2. Obsah stříbrných iontů se zvyšoval ve studovaném organismu se vzrůstajícím časem expozice a aplikovanou koncentrací. (cs)

Studies of plant responses to heavy metal stress are especially important for the understanding of a number of biological processes. On the other hand, study of influence of heavy metals on a tree is rather difficult, sometimes, almost impossible. Thus, possibilities how to simplify this kind of study is need. A using of cell cultures for the above mentioned purposes is one of these possibilities. Thus, we investigated influence of silver ions on early somatic embryos of Blue Spruce clone PE 14 by means of different electrochemical techniques. We were interested in the issue how much silver ions can embryos uptake during four days long treatment.
