Description
| - The most of wheat is produced for to reach the food quality and growing of feeding wheat variety is not expanded in our conditions yet. Since from year 1998 the food wheat varieties at Czech republic are segmented according to quality in to the groups: E-elite, A-high quality, B-bread wheat and last group C are the other varieties, not suitable for yeasty paste production. The aim of experiment was determination of nutritive value of food wheat variety VLADA, which belongs to the group A- high qualityand wheat variety VERSAILLES, which not using for bakery. Wheat VLADA contains 27,4 g/kg sugar; 627,1 g/kg starch; 1612,8 g/kg crude protein; 38,85 % gluten; and wheat VERSAILLES contains 27,9 g/kg sugar; 660,0g/kg starch; 24,94 % gluten and only 113,0 g/kg crude protein, which probably caused the low body daily gain of group fed by variety VERSAILLES.
