Description	Porozumění informačním systémům a informačním technologiím je nutnou podmínkou úspěšnosti všech manažerů. Základním předpokladem úspěšné analýzy podniku je dokonalá orientace v podnikových strukturách a informačních tocích. Při popisu činností podniku můžeme vycházet ze dvou faktorů, které na podnik působí a ovlivňují následně typy a pracovní náplň jednotlivých útvarů. Druhý úhel pak vychází z uvědomění a skutečnosti, že každá firma prochází časovým cyklem, jehož části jsou charakterizovány určitou oblastí činností. Všechny funkční oblasti potřebují pro vykonávání kvalitní práce dostatečné množství informací, které musí být především včasné, úplné a přesné. Uderstanding of information systems and information technologies is a necessary pre-requisite for the success of all managers. A basic precondition for the successful corporate analysis is a perfect orientation in corporate structures and information flows. When describing corporate activities we can proncipally issue out of two view angles. The first of them consists in the specification of main external and internal factors affecting the enterprise and consequently influencing types and scopes o activities of individual corporate departments. The second angle of view follows out of awareness of the fact that all companies pass a time cycle whose parts are characterized by certain fields of activities. All functional fields require a sufficientamount of information for the performance of good work that have to be timely, complete and accurate. (en)
